Picture of the Day – Munich

Munich was my favorite city I visited on my recent trip to Europe. I think part of that was leaving a weeks worth of the fabulous wine, prosciutto, and seafood of Italy for a totally different cuisine of sausages, schnitzel, pretzels and beer. Both were great, but it was nice to have something different.

The architecture is fabulous isn’t it? The open air markets and beer tents were fun also.

If you climb the tower at St. Peter’s, you can get some amazing views of the city.

If all that doesn’t make you want to visit Munich, then perhaps these last three pictures will.
